SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Hamilton Equipment attempts to purchase our products in truckload quantities to reduce freight costs where possible. Hamilton Equipment maintains a fleet of tractor-trailers to haul products from our suppliers to our warehouses. Our fleet of trucks is also used for shipping those products to our dealer network to further reduce costs to the customer.

For smaller packages and repair parts, Hamilton Equipment utilizes United Parcel Service and parcel post. Repair parts orders placed by 11:00 A.M. are shipped the same day.

WARRANTY:
Warranties covering all equipment we distribute are made by the manufacturer in writing. Warranty cards accompany most machines and should be returned to the manufacturer by the end user. No one is authorized to make any warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the material, workmanship, performance, efficiency, or other performance characteristics not set forth in the manufacturer's written guarantee.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing by the claimant within thirty days of the origin of the claim.

No product or repair parts may be returned without authorization from Hamilton Equipment's service department.

SERVICE:
Hamilton Equipment proudly maintains a capable service staff to assist our dealers in the solution of service problems. Our dealer network is expected to handle normal service duties for the end user.
